How do I personalise my gift?

Choose a product, select your preferred style, then add the photos or name requested on its product page. Options vary by product. Please review your spelling and photos carefully before ordering.

How many photos do I need for a photo bunny?

Photo bunnies use 4, 6 or 8 photos, depending on the style. Choose your bunny first, then follow the photo prompts on its product page. The sweater style also offers a personalised name.

When will my order arrive?

Our current shipping guide lists processing within 5 working days, followed by estimated standard delivery of 7–15 working days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If you are buying for a fixed date, please contact us before ordering.

Can personalised items be returned?

Our 7-day policy covers eligible issues such as incorrect customisation, damaged items or defects. Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind or other non-quality reasons. Please contact us first for return instructions.
