Shipping policy

Available delivery methods and final shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates include order processing time and transit time, as explained below.

Order processing

Please allow up to 7 calendar days for your order to be prepared and handed to the carrier. Processing time is separate from the shipping estimates below.

Shipping methods and estimated transit times

  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
  • Express shipping: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Peak periods, public holidays, customs clearance, severe weather and other transport disruptions may affect delivery.

Shipping charges

For Australian orders where a shipping charge applies, the standard shipping fee is A$5.00 (AUD) and the express shipping fee is A$15.00 (AUD). Any applicable shipping discount and the final charge are shown at checkout.

Shipping availability and charges for other destinations depend on the delivery address and order. Enter your complete address at checkout to view the available options.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. Once it has shipped, we will send a dispatch confirmation with tracking details. Tracking updates may take time to appear on the carrier's website.

Delivery address and order issues

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing payment. If you notice an address error, or if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact ffsgstudioservice@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes under the rules of the destination country. Unless included at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Your local customs authority can provide further information.
